Delivery Charges and Timing:

  • Delivery fees are determined by the mattress size and whether two persons are required for delivery. Please contact our store for exact delivery costs.
  • Generally, for mattress and base with setup, there is a $95 delivery fee within the Melbourne Metro Area.
  • For outer metro & regional orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on your location. A standard charge of $95 will be applied during checkout, and subsequently, a member of our team will reach out to you to confirm and adjust the final shipping balance accordingly.
  • As we hand-manufacture most of our items in Campbellfield, Victoria, we aim to deliver within 4 weeks, subject to material availability.

 

Receipt of Mattress:

  • It's advisable for someone to be home during the delivery. This allows us to bring the mattress inside and set it up for you. Our service team can also take away your old mattress without you lifting a finger.

 

Delivery to Second-Story Bedrooms:

  • If you require delivery to a second-story bedroom, please inform us in advance. We should be able to assist you in getting the mattress upstairs. However, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products can fit through their doorways, hallways, and staircases. We recommend taking photos and measurements before delivery for discussion.

 

Specific Delivery Dates:

  • Our delivery team operates on set days around Melbourne. Please let us know your delivery dates or requirements, and we will work with you to provide excellent service.

 

GST-Free Products:

  • At the time of writing, all Ergolife products are GST-free. Please consult with your accountant for updates.

 

Payment Options:

  • We accept payments through ZipMoney, Afterpay, and other finance companies. Zip Pay offers interest-free payments for up to 36 months. For more details, please contact our store.

 

Senior Discounts:

  • Senior Card holders can enjoy up to a 12.5% discount on our ErgoLife range and Electric Adjustable beds.

 

Finance Options:

  • We offer interest-free terms and lay-by options with a 6-month, 0% interest plan available. You can make a purchase today with only a 10% deposit and pay the rest over time, interest-free, provided you comply with all terms and conditions. These details are available upon application and are available to approved applicants only.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We offer a 60-Night Happiness Guarantee with all Ergolife Mattresses and Bases, giving you up to 60 nights to decide if your purchase is perfect for you. Conditions apply, and the mattress or base must be in the same condition as when purchased. Any stains on the mattress void the warranty and the Happiness Guarantee. We do not offer returns or exchanges on pillows, mattress protectors, or quilts due to health and hygiene reasons.

Warranty Details:

  • All our Ergolife products carry warranties, including a 7-year prorata warranty for 1-sided mattresses, a 12-year prorata warranty for 2-sided mattresses, and a 10-year prorated warranty for Ergolife Bases. For warranty details on all other products, please contact our customer service department.
